Shifting Political Goalpost

The recent local Municipal election in Maharashtra are any indication, bjp  inspite of  local anti-govt violent protest has won handsomely in Sangli and  Jalgaon  Municipality. The Chief Minister of Maharashtra has led from the front in the run up to these election. Shiv Sena has come poorly second.Others like NCP,Congress has been wiped out.if this trend continues in 2019 in run up to Much anticipated General Election in May,bjp will fare much better without Shiv Sena in Maharashtra.
The opposition parties are clueless about their fate in the 2019 general election ,hence some talk of united opposition without a PM face is being talked about in the political circles.The Delima   of the opposition is that Rahul Gandhi has been given the Mandate by CWC to be projected as PM face of 2019.there are no taker in opposition parties for him.Congress will not play along the lines of Mahaghatbandan without Rahul Gandhi as its projected leader.Mayawati and Akilesh Yadav have made it clear that they will not fall into this Congress Trap,Mamta Banerjee is a fence sitter along with some other small regional parties for accommodating Rahul Gandhi.The scope of these fence sitter is limited and hence they will not in all likelihood join Mayawati and Akilesh Yadavs group.
The question iswhy  the opposition  shifting the goalpost to counter the bjp led NDA alliance.without fact cheaking  of the  ground reality,they jump to any eye catching news headline or decision taken by the ruling party.The Assam new registry is a SC monitored process and when, only the final draft has been presented TMC has created a ruckus to play mind games for inclusion of 40 lac identified aliens in Assam for electoral gains.this mind game will not succeed and contrary might boomerang on her own state of west bengal.
Regional players in recent No Confidence motion against the ruling party has been very cautious in not  supporting the motion ,hence were is the question of united front Victory. BJD, TRS will try to hold on to their own fort rather be a part of united front and losing seats in 2019.
The larger question then is " why" is the opposition trying to unite when they know that max they will get 150 seats.in south NDA will with new alliance partners will do well in TN,Karnataka,Andhra Pradesh and might open account in Kerala.
The opposition in North East might find it difficult to pass more then 3 to 5 seats.
In order to hype any some incidents across the country,the opposition is raking up any issue which might not find a mention in media.be small incidences of violence and give it communal colour to questioning of Surgical strikes.in their misadventuism  they have been supported by the Urban Naxal,Luyten"s liberal media and other anti-Indian support Platform.successful social reforms and 
 welfare schemes of the NDA gvt has been questioned by the opposition inspite of its tremendous success,

The voters can see and sense the deception and know that there is no alternate to PM Modi .they also know that if voted to power,the United opposition will first fight among themselves for PM post and take India backward by 20 years by repealing all decision and measures taken By the current Central Govt.We can say that changing political goalpost will not sway the youth of this country they  are the backbone of PM Modi and decision by them to re elect the NDA has already been taken.

Post  Poll survey and May 16 Result are in favor of BJP/NDA reaching the 272+ mark ,paving the way for new govt formation headed by Shri.Narender Modi.The First challenge before Mr.Modi would be to find the best of people to head the various Ministries,so that work can be started as stated in the vision document.The task is not simple but all indicators are that a conscious decision has been reached as to find appropriate role for Sr.Leaders like Mr.Advani,Joshi and few more.Next since UPA is leaving behind all around mess regarding External and Internal Polices in a mess,hence a new draft is required in minimum number of days to spearhead the development plank.First would be to present a growth Budget with equal opportunity for the common man,tax rejig,Corporate infusion  and giving priority to Agriculture,Healthcare,Housing ,and employment scheme so that it propel the basic necessity to reach out to common man.

The next would be to frame a aggressive foreign policy so that a India's clear role can be defined as regard Economic resurgence,Financial inflow,Export trade,Defense procurement, and basic rule for maintaining relationship with our neighboring countries.BRIC and other membership,India should play a dominant role.
The External affairs ministry is in a mess.all Foreign Desk has people but on whose side are they with it is difficult to say.

We need a total overhaul of Defense ministry.The Guideline for Procurement should be based on home grown players.We need to Modernize our forces ,but the tag should be that come to India for a tie-Up with PPP model and deliver.LCA it is 30 years and still not inducted by the Air-force.what was the cause of the delay and scaling of the costing.Mr.Modi and his team need to take a call and induct ASAP.The fifth Generation Fighter jet project in collaboration with Russia is in limbo after spending more then 2000 crore.
Pl scrap or set a deadline by the end of next year to deliver.We have ample capacity to manufacture all the equipments needed for the defense forces but the past greed to get commission for the last 60 years of Congress rule had scuttled  all proposal to indigenize  production.
Gen V.K.Singh can play pivitol role in spearheading  the Modernization  plan.The Air-force and The Navy also has very capable people to co-ordinate with Mr.Singh for this.

The Agriculture sector,It and Ministry of Finance needs very seasoned professional as Minister.The development plank would not be possible without a clear cut vision and policy   from these ministry.

Healthcare sector is in a mess thanks to Ministry of Health and family welfare.For a vibrant economy we need to undertake all out measure for Population control,so that the Modi Vision can be achieved in next five years.
Rural healthcare has to be implemented with deft handling as past has shown during last 10 years that the Financial bungling  by both the center and the state govt has resulted in Total neglect of the rural population in getting best of medical help.As regard the role of MCI and other bodies ,they have messed up the healthcare Education for profit.We need to Increase our Admission seats in Medical collage ten folds to cater India's 1.20 billion population.

The policy of the govt should be a mix bag for the SME sector.till they function at 98% capacity the Industrial Production number would be low.

Water has been an important issue for all the political parties and a strict alternate Ministry should be setup to connect all the rivers and all state should get equal share.other method from PPP model should be encouraged to start Rural Water conservation method  for portable drinking water and for Harvesting.
The list is endless and Mr.Modi and his team should be able to take forward our Nation as per his vision document.

For all the achievement to be put forward to the public,Ministry of I and B should play a pivitol www.narendramodi.in role.At Present it is the most corrupt Ministry where nothing works without bribe .

The Changing Political Wind.

The 2014 General Election has ended yesterday and post poll indicators show clear Majority for Mr.Modi  led NDA.if one survey shows the Dynamic expected changing political wind then there would have been people asking question about the validity of the post poll survey authenticity but all are showing NDA as clear winner thus leaving  no doubt in people mind about the validity.The next question is what was the causes that led to this change of Guard and the mission impossible into possible task before the New Govt.
Clearly the Main factors were the Policy paralysis effecting the common in day to day life.Price rise no control,poor Educational policy and implementation.no effective solution to unemployment ,Rural Healthcare neglect due to scam,and the rising aspiration of the youth who were effected most by all the wrong decision the UPA govt took.No population control which adversely effected the economy.Rahul Gandhi surrounded by his illogical band of advisers had no vision to tackle the simplest of task and corruption.The PM was redundant.All his proposal was put to rest by Rahul&,Sonia.Then the question was who ran the govt.It was clear the Mother Son duo.Scam after Scam were talking place but instead of punishing the guilty they were rewarded.The frustration of Indian were clear and they vented their ire as seen in the Post Poll result.

The Big Task before the NDA would be to start work not as per manifesto but also to address the current burden left behind by UPA.The Budget will be the first Indicator.The second to engage the 10 crore first time voters in their pursuit of Jobs ,higher education and new look social fiber. Mr.Modi has to waste no time in persecuting the people behind the scams but leave it to Lokpal and other agencies.He has to take India 20 years ahead in five year.I am sure he is capable of doing it with his team.

For Congress it  would be best if they could look beyound Rahul and other Gandhi family or else it is heading for a split. The Regional players by now must have realized that it would be best to co-operate with NDA to charter all around growth in their state and a stable India.

    The Current General elections has thrown up many  Challenges for all the political parties in India....to stop Narender Modi from becoming the Prime Minister .Lallu or Sonia, Mulayam,and the list is endless . all have forgotten to spell-out their poll manifesto salient features to the voters with context to Economic agenda,Employment,Healthcare and women protection and equal right agenda.The then question is why there is wide spread panic among the political parties.The Possible answer lies in the fact that the well crafted BJP Manifesto  spells out in equal measure all important issue the voters are   wanting  for as a change.Look at the last 5 years of UPA misgovernance at all the front. Foreign affairs agenda has no takers.Even Fuji today is not looking at India as a Major player around the Indian Ocean waters in terms of diplomacy or Economic help.Our Army's defense preparedness is flawed as mentioned by Former chief Gen V.K.Singh.We cannot fight a battle with neighboring countries for 3 days.Why did AK Anthony the current defense minister choose to ignore the call of our armed forces to revamp.Could it be a direction from 10 Janpath.Our Defense production is concentrated in missile technology.35 years and no sight of LCA.HAL is almost defunct.UPA was too eager to purchase everything from foreign players but ran into a hurdle in form of bribe scam.what the hell the politically correct Mr.Anthony was doing.It seems Sanyaya Baru is right in his assessment of the PMO.All files were directly dealt somewhere else.As regard to our Economic situation post NDA the GDP has nosedived.All available data  shows next to negative stability.Agricultural sector production  has seen a drastic fall and farmers suicide is seen as a evidence and the callous effort by Sharad Pawar and his team to deal with it.Scam Scam everywhere.

The next question the people of India are asking why not spell out clearly the issues which are so vital for the voters to make a choice  among the candidates.Well it seems that Major Political parties have no answer ......thus in the name of secular slogan  confuse all voters  and hope for the best.attack is the best mode and who else Mr.Modi.
The high voting percentage shows that first time voters have turned in large number and believes on Delivery of urgent social and economic issue then secular credentials/Past has shown that so called 3rd front has miserably   failed as an alternative..Then who would carry India to next level as Economic giant and a corrupt free society.Let the voter decide.They can no longer be made to witness all the evil malpractices of UPA.
If it is not for Judicial activism then i do not know where India would have landed/2G.Coal Scam.Educational scam,Rural healthcare scam.The court monitored probe atleast had made sure that the guilty were not running away scot free to cause more harm and UPA was kept in check.Let us wait and see who after May 16th is the winner.Mr.Modi.....looks no alternative.

    Strange Ways of Congress Party;

Today's AICC  Meet in Delhi Proved once again that there is no Room for openly viewing your opinion  regarding any important decision to be taken individually or collectively by the core members of the party and all is left to the party president, least they invite the wrath of her ,by airing freely their view.This was the same almost 40 years back when Late PM Ms Gandhi use to take all decision by herself .The result of such a system is that it leads to Chaotic  decision making and no leg room for the PM to apply his own mind in the day to day functioning of the Govt.All decision has to be whetted by same person and we can see the number of Corruption /bad decision by the ruling party least sensitive to the fact that election is around the corner and the economic report card is 1 on a scale of 10.My question is when AICC is has number of wise men then why in every meeting a resolution is passed that the president will take the Final call.The most recent is the decision regarding The UPA candidate for the post of President of India. Pranab Mukherjee  and Mira Kumar are likely candidates,as we all know.My next question is why did not the AICC members discussed and Finalized one name in the meeting itself.Mr.Pranab Mukerjee moved a resolution to be adopted that Ms.Sonia Gandhi will take the final call.This in itself makes me believe the Moral Bankruptcy of the members.

15 Minister are in the dock for various reason including the PM for Coal-Gate,yet the system of Governance remains the poor.Who takes all the decision is now quite obvious,yet the PM pretends that  all is well.Sir, Pl stand up and re-mold the system of Governance, so that we remember you ,for this .In last 50 plus years of Independent India,never has the Center has been in dock for all the wrong reason.My Presumption is that if the election is to be held this year,UPA will not cross the 100 mark,forget getting a simple majority.

I have no personal Prejudice against the party president ,but lament the fact that this system has been in vogue for the last 50 years ,and no effort is being made to reverse the trend.

Party Governance and Co-ordination should be set aside from Day to Day Functioning of the central Govt and the PM ,a wise man should over-rule any decision he feels that it may lead to negative public opinion.but is it too late.

Both UPA and NDA suffers from ego clashes within their party and a strong 3rd front still have a chances to cash on it and give India a stable govt  and good Governance as shown by the CM's of Bihar and Gujarat.
